Intro To Hot Yoga

Join us Saturday, December 13th at The Nest Yoga in Fredericton for a complimentary hot yoga session designed specifically for Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP members—both veterans and active duty.
Plus – all participants will receive a custom Azimuth merch box after class.
No experience necessary. Just bring an open mind, a water bottle, and comfortable workout clothes!
